GGDSD College, Kheri Gurna organized an Alumni Meet ‘Go Nostalgic’ in its campus on 11th February, 2023 with much fanfare. The much anticipated event was attended gleefully by former students of the college. The event took place in the Seminar Hall. In her welcome address, officiating Principal, Dr. Meenakshi Negi, praised the students for participating in the event whole heartedly. After that, Dr. Nidhi Arora presented a report of recent college achievements through a PPT which was much appreciated by all. A few old students also shared their experience of their college days.
The students of the current session enthralled the audience with their song and dance performances. After that, an election of executive members of Students’ Alumni Committee took place in which Ms. Madhu Sharma was elected for the post of President; Mr.Jaspreet Singh was elected as the Vice President; Mr.Harsh was elected as the Secretary; and Mr. Talwinder Singh was elected as the Treasurer. This was followed by recreational games for the students and distribution of snacks. The ambience of the college was filled with nostalgic yet happy vibes. The event was organized by Mr. Vivek Ravi, Co-Ordinator and Dr. Ankita Gupta, Member of Alumni Executive Committee along with others members of staff.
