Educational Tour to Punjabi University, Patiala

A one-day free Educational tour was organised by the History Department of college to Punjabi University, Patiala on December 11,2021.

A group of 134 students went on educational tour. Principal, Prof. (Dr.) Rama Arora gave her good wishes and motivated the students to actively participate in the excursion.

Firstly, students visited the famous Guru Gobind Singh Ji Bhawan. The Bhawan is the building which is a very famous architecture of Punjabi University and it accommodates religious studies department.

Secondly, students visited the book fair in the university, where a variety of books of various publications, including Punjabi University Publication Bureau and Cambridge University Press were available for sale. A positive response was received from students.

The tour was coordinated by Dr. Jaswinder Kaur and her team members Dr. Vandana Saini, Dr. Lakhvinder Kaur, Dr. Jyoti Singla and Ms. Prerna Sharma.
