One-Day Industrial Visit to SEBI Office

A One-Day Industrial Visit was organized by college on 11th Oct, 2022 to the SEBI Office, Sector-17, Chandigarh.

The visit was planned for the final year students of B.Com, BBA & M.Com and was coordinated by Dr. Jyoti Arora & Dr. Nidhi Arora. There were 43 students in total and they were briefed about the markets in which securities are purchased and sold The students were provided with deep insights about opening of D Mat Account, Rights Issue, Bonus Issue, Identification of Brokers, Procedure of purchase and sale, online trading and much more. The Industrial Visit to SEBI was an enriching experience for students in getting exposure of working of SEBI and trading which can help them in further career development.
