Live parliamentary session on Budget – 2023 ‘Modinomics 23’ in which Finance Minister of India – Mrs. Nirmala Sitharaman announced the budget for the Financial Year 2023-24 was shown to the Commerce and Economics students of our college on 1st Feb, 2023. It was a very informative session for students. The objective of the program was to make students aware about how the Govt. plans to bring about a rapid and balanced economic growth of our country coupled with social justice and equality. After the budget session, Dr. Jyoti Arora explained the students about the impact of budget on the stock market, consumption pattern of the consumers and on a tax-payer. Dr. Jyoti Singla also discussed the impact of budget on different sectors of economy and economic growth.
