Two day Baking Workshop

Kaushalya Devi Verma Charitable Skill Development Centre organized a two day baking workshop in the college. On the first day of the workshop (14th Feb, 2022) the items in the menu were Date & Walnut Cake and Pancake with Apple Sauce. The second day (15th Feb, 2022) menu covered Chocolate Fantasy Cake and Italian Macaroni Salad. 26 students participated with full enthusiasm in the workshop and relished all the dishes made. The dishes were prepared by Dr. Lakhvinder Virk and Dr. Nidhi Arora with full support of all the Faculty members.
