Annual Athletic Meet

An Athletic Meet was organized on 25th February at GGDSD College, Kheri Gurna. The Chairperson of the Governing Body of the College, Dr. Kiran Walia, attended the function as the Chief Guest. Officiating Principal, Dr. Meenakshi Negi, presented a welcome note and declared the games open. College students participated in this Athletic Meet with great enthusiasm. Meanwhile, 100 meter race, 200 meter race, shot put, long jump and tug of war were organized in which many students participated. Gold and silver medals were awarded to all the winning students. The award of Best Athlete was given to Nipun Shahi (Boys) of BA Part I and Cheshta Saini (Girls) of BA Part 3 for their excellent performance. The event was organized by the physical department of the college under the special guidance of Mr. Baljeet Singh.
