TEAM BUILDING WORKSHOP FOR STAFF

GGDSD College, Kheri Gurna organized fun activities for its faculty members on 6th April, 2024 based on the theme ‘Together we can, we will’ to foster collaboration, communication, and a sense of community among them. Through a combination of icebreaker activities, problem-solving challenges, communication exercises, and trust-building exercises, teachers had the opportunity to engage with each other in a fun and meaningful way. The event not only strengthened relationships among the faculty members but also laid the groundwork for continued collaboration and innovation in the pursuit of excellence. All the participants agreed to promote the growth of the college by nurturing a supportive atmosphere, and working together as a motivated team to realize our college’s vision. Dr. Meenakshi Negi, Officiating Principal ensured the success of the event by gathering feedback from the participants over a cup of tea. The event was planned and coordinated by Dr. CS Jyoti Arora and Dr. Jyoti Singla.
