The college held its first Convocation on 30 th March, 2019.The Chief Guest on this historic occasion was Sh.
J.K. Khaitan, the recipient of Udyog Ratna , an eminent industrialist and Chairman of Kuantum Papers Ltd., Chandigarh. While delivering the convocation address Mr. Khaitan exhorted the young graduates to work
with passion and zeal.
Sh. Upkar Krishan Sharma ji, President of the GGDSD College Society also blessed the graduates.
Principal Dr. Sunil K. Baria read out the annual report elaborating the achievements of the college and also
the accolades won in extra curricular activities and sports.
Degrees were awarded to 127 students.
Maj. Gen.(Retd.) A.K. Shori, Chairman of the college Governing Body proposed the vote of thanks.
