ESSAY WRITING COMPETITION
Department of History of the college organized an Essay Writing Competition in collaboration with Guru Gobind Singh Study Circle, Ambala Zone, Haryana on March 20, 2022. The topic of the competition was “Holi & Hola Mohalla”. Students were asked to express their ideas.
The main aim for organizing this competition was to explore and encourage the creativity in students and offer them a platform to showcase their skills and knowledge. Every student participated in the competition with zeal and enthusiasm.
The event was coordinated by Dr. Jaswinder Kaur. She appreciated the efforts of every student. Principal, Prof. (Dr.) Rama Arora motivated the student and highlighted the importance of such initiatives. The result of the competition was declared on March 20, 2022, by S. Sukhbir Singh, Zonal President, Guru Gobind Study Circle, Ambala Zone, Haryana. Chesta Saini from BA IVth Sem and Ranjana from DCA got first position, Simran Kaur from BA IVth Sem got second position and Ms. Prabhjot Kaur from BA IVth Sem got third position.
