Extension Lecture
A lecture was organised on the topic of ‘Importance of Punjabi language in modern times’ by the Punjabi department of the college on 14th September 2022. This lecture was delivered by Dr. Harjodh Singh, Head, Punjabi Literary Studies, Punjabi University. His lecture emphasized on the importance of mother tongue in our life. He presented his ideas by basing the verses of Gurbani with reference to Sikh history and about the holiness of Punjabi language.
