A mock trial of the case “Saurabh Aggarwal v/s Rising Stars High School” was organized by B.Com (Hons.) 2nd Semester students on 31st Jan, 2019. The case pertained to the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 in which a student had filed a suit against his school for non maintenance of proper facilities resulting into his accident.
