Visit to Department of Forest & Wildlife Preservation, Mohali

A group of 33 students of the college visited Department of Forest & Wildlife Preservation in Sector-68, Mohali on 1st October, 2022. The purpose of the visit was to educate and sensitize students about the environment, wildlife, and various government initiatives for forest conservation and wildlife protection. Dr. Jyoti Arora emphasized on the significance of sustainable development and discussed the various ways in which individuals can contribute to such development combining the economic, social, and environmental aspects of human activity. The visit was arranged by Dr. Shivani Kaushal and coordinated by Dr. CS Jyoti Arora and Dr. Vandna Saini.
